Setup

Sign in with Facebook and pick the Page you run lead ads on. We subscribe it to Meta's leadgen webhook, which is what makes delivery instant rather than scheduled.
Generate an API key on Brevo's SMTP & API page and paste it. If your Brevo account has IP restrictions switched on for API keys, you will need to turn that off, since our servers do not have a fixed IP to allow.
Match each form question to a field in Brevo. The obvious ones are matched for you. Send a test lead to prove the whole path, then switch it on.
What arrives
A contact created in Brevo, or updated if that email already exists, added to the list you choose, with your form answers written to that account's real attributes.
Alongside the answers themselves, each lead carries the campaign and ad it came from, the Facebook Page name and the time it was submitted, so you can see which ad is actually growing the list, not just that a subscriber appeared. Every lead is also scored before delivery, with real checks on the email address, so an obviously fake one never gets the chance to bounce and hurt your sender reputation.
