Using LeadSender

By creating a LeadSender account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using LeadSender on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

LeadSender connects your Facebook Lead Ads to destinations you configure — email, SMS, Google Sheets, and other tools as we add them. You control what gets sent, where, and to whom; we deliver it.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim for reliable delivery but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Connecting Facebook or Google grants LeadSender access to specific data (detailed in our Privacy Policy) needed to operate the integrations you set up. You can disconnect either at any time from Settings, and you're responsible for the Facebook Pages and Google accounts you choose to connect.

LeadSender is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Google. "Facebook" and related marks belong to Meta Platforms, Inc.; "Google Sheets" and related marks belong to Google LLC.

You agree not to use LeadSender to:

• Send spam, or messages to people who haven't consented to be contacted
• Violate any applicable law, including telemarketing/SMS regulations (like TCPA) in your jurisdiction
• Violate Meta's or Google's own platform terms and policies
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service

Some plans are free; others require payment, as described at the time you subscribe. Where paid plans are offered, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll give reasonable notice before any price change takes effect for your account.

LeadSender and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the service normally.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that leads will always be delivered without delay or error, since delivery depends in part on third parties (Meta, Google, and our email/SMS providers) outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadSender will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the service.

You can stop using LeadSender and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use section above.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of LeadSender will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continuing to use LeadSender after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
