LeadSender was not built from a product roadmap. It was built by people who spent their days running Facebook lead ad campaigns, generated over 500,000 leads doing it, and kept running into the same problem after every single one of them.
The problem
Getting the lead was solved. Campaigns ran, forms got filled, the cost per lead looked fine on the dashboard. What happened next was the mess.
Every lead landed in Facebook Lead Center, and someone had to go and get it. Log in, find the right Page, find the right form, export a CSV, open it, clean it up, import it into the CRM. Then do it again tomorrow. Clients had to be talked through that process constantly, and half the time they simply did not do it. Leads that cost real money to generate sat in a download queue for a day, two days, a weekend.
By the time anyone called, the person on the other end had already spoken to someone faster. That is the whole story. Not a technology problem, not a targeting problem, just a gap between the form being submitted and a human being told about it.
What we built
LeadSender does one job: the second someone submits your Facebook or Instagram lead form, the lead is already on its way to wherever you actually work. Your CRM, your inbox, your phone, a spreadsheet, or all of them at once. Nobody logs into Lead Center. Nobody downloads a CSV.
It is deliberately not a general automation platform. There is no canvas to configure, no scenario to debug, and no Zapier subscription sitting between you and your own leads. It is 18 real destinations, honest field mapping, and a delivery log that tells you the truth.
How we build
Where we are
We are a small team, which is why the integration list grows one destination at a time rather than arriving as a wall of logos that half work. Destinations get built in the order customers ask for them. If the tool you need is not there yet, telling us genuinely moves it up the list.
If you want to ask something before you sign up, or you have run into something that should work better, write to us. It reaches a real inbox that a person reads.
